I usually make only a few pieces of each peace. That’s my whole business plan.
I need something myself  and then I make 5 or 3 or more — it depends a bit.
Some things, like the lamps, I only make on request.

I also do custom requests. (I’d happily create a big-ass lamp for a lovely space. Just putting it out there)
